BELL'S 60 BEST UNCOMMITTED 2025s

There are many prospects in the state who have made their commitments, signed LOIs, and know where they will be enrolled for the 2025 college basketball season. However, there are many other 2025 prospects who are in the following categories: 1) Have offers and are uncommitted, 2) Do not have offers or interest from their desired schools/levels, 3) Do not have offers and have not been recruited, 4) Have decided to attend a school as a walk-on and pay full tuition, 5) Moving on from basketball.   The reality is that many prospects have not received the offers they were hoping for at this point in the process, BUT still have value at the college level. They may need to start at a different level and prepare to be recruited in college as a transfer. The greatest number of offers prospects have from coaches/programs at a specific level (D1, D2, JUCO, D3, NAIA,) is a good indicator of a prospect's current level of ability at this point in the process. I am assuming most if not all D1/D2 programs are done recruiting the 2025 H.S. class unless they are accepting walk-ons; it is my perception that financial offers are reserved for college transfers who are or will be in the transfer portal.   College coaches will have to investigate and discover which category and level the following 2025 prospects fall into, but I wanted to share my list of 2025 prospects who are uncommitted currently, as far as I am aware, that should definitely be targeted by NAIA, D3, and JUCO's looking to finalize their 2025 recruiting classes.
