Continue ReadingToday we released the Spring rankings update for the Class of 2026. There were 25 new additions in total, plus a few players who raised their “stock”, so to speak, so subsequently there was some movement throughout the list. We also expanded the Top-20 overall prospects list to a Top-35 list, plus we expanded our watchlist by ten spots. I wanted to take this time to circle back and address all of the listed prospects, position by position. Below is a look at 27 2-guard prospects who make up 27.0% of the rankings this time around, with analysis on a handful to “keep an eye on” detailed at the bottom.

KEEP AN EYE ON:
Maryrose entered high school with the reputation of being a shooter, and she got off to a solid start, knocking down 30 triples in 23 games played. She has a quick release, and as she continues to get stronger and learn how to create separation, she’s going to be that much more dangerous from outside. Additionally, she can handle it some and get to the basket. She should become a much more well-rounded player over time, but she already averaged 12.8 ppg this year.
Gracyn had an outstanding year for the Lady Mustangs, and despite being a Freshman, she still snuck up on people all year, averaging 17.9 ppg and 4.5 spg. She is an athletically strong kid with nice length, and she can run & jump with just about anyone on this list. Additionally, she has an advanced skillset for her age. She has a solid handle, good court vision, and she has solid shooting mechanics. As she speeds up her shot process, she’ll be a dangerous perimeter shooter.
Highlights
Berkeley was an absolute joy to watch last Spring and Summer, and she carried that over into a strong rookie year. She plays with a tremendous motor, she’s a nice North/South athlete, and she plays with a competitive fire. She can score the ball at all three levels, as she averaged 13.8 ppg this Winter, to go along with 49 made 3-pointers. It could benefit her to become more of a combo or point guard, but she is one of those kids who outplays her height and is always productive.
